How to Delete Your Account

We respect your privacy and give you full control over your account. If you decide to stop using our services, you can permanently delete your account and all related information. Once deleted, your data cannot be recovered.

Steps to Delete Your Account:

1. Log in to your account using your registered email, Google, or Facebook login.

2. Go to Dashboard

3. Select 'Account Delete' from the sidebar menu.

4. Provide your current email and password

5. Click on the Delete My Account button.

6. Confirm your choice. Your account will be permanently removed from our system.

Alternative Method:
If you cannot log in or face issues deleting your account, you may request deletion by emailing info@gosixteen.com with the subject line “Delete My Account.” Our support team will verify your request and remove your account manually.

Important Notes:

• Account deletion is permanent and cannot be reversed.

• All personal data, activity history, and associated content will be erased.

• Please cancel any active subscriptions or pending transactions before deleting your account.

Once deleted, your account and all related data cannot be restored.
