Sixteen Ltd, a growing digital company, is seeking a talented UI/UX Designer to design and optimize digital products, websites, and mobile applications. The role requires both creativity and technical knowledge, ensuring that user interfaces are not only visually appealing but also intuitive and functional.

Responsibilities:

• Design wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for web and mobile applications.

• Collaborate with developers and product managers to translate business requirements into intuitive user experiences.

• Conduct user research and usability testing to improve interfaces.

• Ensure consistency in design systems, typography, and brand identity.

• Stay up to date with UI/UX trends, tools, and best practices.

• Optimize designs for performance, accessibility, and responsiveness.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.

• Strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile projects.

• Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar.

• Understanding of responsive design and cross-platform usability.

• Familiarity with front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, basic JS) will be considered an advantage.

• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

• Degree in Design, Computer Science, or related field is a plus.
