NIXSON DIY Store is looking for an experienced and motivated Store Manager to join our team in Akaki, Nicosia.
The Store Manager will be responsible for the daily operation of the store, ensuring excellent customer service, efficient stock management and the smooth coordination of the team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the store
• Supervise, coordinate and motivate the store team
• Provide excellent customer service and assist customers with product selection
• Manage stock levels, orders and inventory
• Ensure the store is clean, organised and professionally presented
• Monitor sales and support the achievement of sales targets
• Handle daily transactions and cash management
• Coordinate with suppliers when required
• Ensure company procedures and health & safety standards are followed
Requirements:
• Previous experience in a Store Manager, Supervisor or Retail Management role
• Strong leadership and organisational skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Good knowledge of Greek and English
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in DIY, tools, machinery or building materials will be considered an advantage
• Valid driving licence will be considered an advantage
