Nicos Nicolaou Ltd is opening a new store in Akkaki, Nicosia, and is seeking a Store Manager to oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure excellent customer service. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales, maintaining store standards, and achieving business targets.

Responsibilities:

Manage daily store operations and staff schedules.

Lead, train, and motivate the sales team.

Ensure excellent customer service and resolve customer issues.

Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers.

Achieve sales targets and prepare regular reports for management.

Maintain a clean, organized, and professional store environment.

Implement company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Store Manager or in a supervisory retail role.

Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Knowledge of retail sales principles and practices.

Basic knowledge of accounting and stock management.

Good knowledge of Greek and English.
